This program is all about building foundational strength through basics. This for anyone who wants to start bodyweight training and can't do any pull ups, dips, and pushups. It will be a 4 day split with 2 upper body days and 2 lower body days. The program is an 8 week long program that can be repeated by simply increasing the numbers to make it more challenging.
